Account Information:
- Discord User ID, Username, and linked roles.
- Roblox Username and related identifiers.

- In-game logs (e.g., session time, patrol activity, arrests, training records).
- Bot command usage (e.g., /refresh, /syncban).
- Staff actions (investigations, appeals, bans, warnings, commendations).
Technical Data:
- IP address (for website access security).
- Browser/device information (for the Main Website only).
Appeals & Reports:
- Information submitted through the appeal system.
- Investigation notes, evidence, and case history.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Manage in-game sessions and track activity (PennHQ, WhitelistedBot).
- Run staff investigations and handle appeals (PennIA).
- Enforce global bans and prevent rule evasion (PennSync).
- Allow executives to manage keys, automation, and player control (PennCore).
- Provide members with a way to appeal decisions and view updates (Main Website).
- Maintain system security, improve reliability, and support roleplay operations.
3. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell or share your data with third parties outside of PARP.
Data may be shared internally between PARP systems (e.g., an appeal submitted on the Main Website may appear in PennIA). Access is strictly limited to authorized staff based on their role:
- IA Members: Staff cases only
- Discord IA: Discord-related cases
- HIA: IA staff cases and settings
- Executives: Full access
4. Data Retention
- Logs, cases, and appeals are kept as long as necessary to maintain server safety and compliance.
- Old or resolved data may be archived but is not publicly accessible.
- You may request removal of personal identifiers (e.g., Discord ID) from archived records, where feasible.
5. Security
We take reasonable steps to secure your information:
- Role-based access control
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS, bot ↔ server communication)
- Internal audit logs for accountability
